When acquiring, storing, using, providing, or disposing of Specific Personal Information, etc. of Our Group’s business partners and employees, etc., Our Group shall handle such information appropriately in accordance with the handling regulations established by Our Group.

2. Compliance with Relevant laws, Regulations, and Guidelines

Our Group shall comply with the “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures,” the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information,” the “Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (Business Operator Edition),” and other relevant laws and regulations and handle Specific Personal Information, etc. appropriately.

In addition, when having employees handle Specific Personal Information, etc., Our Group shall provide necessary and appropriate supervision to such employees to ensure that security control measures for Specific Personal Information, etc. are taken appropriately.

(2) When entrusting the handling of Specific Personal Information, etc. to a third party with the permission of business partners and employees, etc., Our Group shall select a party with a sufficient level of specific personal information protection, and after stipulating in a contract, etc. that security control measures be taken, provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the entrusted party.
  3. (3) In addition to the above, Our Group shall implement security control measures in accordance with the separately established “Regulations on Handling Specific Personal Information, etc.”

5. Confirmation, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of Specific Personal Information held by Our Group, we will promptly respond after verifying your identity and the reason for the request, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Continuous Improvement

Our Group shall continuously improve this Basic Policy and internal regulations to ensure that the protection of Specific Personal Information, etc. is implemented appropriately.
